Our bouquets are carefully curated and pre-arranged by our florists to surprise you.  All you need to do is trim the stems and pop them in water.

 

Flowers:  Florist’s choice bouquet with size minimum 20cm in diameter

Flower care:  Cut the stems and change water every 1-2 days, place them in a cool environment to avoid direct sunlight.

Packing: Carefully handled by us with moisture pack in our beautiful box.

 

No scissors and vase? Don’t worry! We offer this combo ($250) for you. You may purchase it at the checkout page after entering the card details.

Delivery service is not available in the following areas
Outlying island, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport), Hong Kong Disneyland , Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Ta Kwu Ling, Mai Po, Tsuen Wan Slaughterhouse , Shenzhen Bay Port, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To,

Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line and prohibited areas

Delivery schedule

You can choose your delivery time as below:

Second week of each month: Friday

Fourth week of each month: Friday

Please refer to our delivery schedule.

Delivery time slot can be chosen from one of the below:

13:00-17:00/ 18:00-21:00

*Once you have made your first order, we will deliver your flowers on the same weekday and at the same time period each month.

*For bi-weekly orders, we will deliver your flowers on the second and fourth week of the month.

*If the delivery falls on a public holiday, delivery will be moved to the day before or after. Please refer to our delivery schedule.

Delivery Info

If there’s no lift at your building, we will hand deliver the flowers to you on ground floor.

If you are not in, we’ll leave your flowers at your designated safe place  suggested by you when you placed the order. Please understand that once we  have delivered to your designated safe place, we are not responsible for any  damage or loss.

Driver may call you before delivery, please keep an eye on the phone.

If we attempt to deliver but fail due to unable to contact the recipient; recipient/ concierge refuse to sign for receipt or incorrect delivery information, flowers will be returned to our studio.  Customer needs to contact us the same day and bare any additional cost for redelivery.

Our team of drivers will try the best to deliver within the time range, however, due to unforeseen circumstances that are not in our control, please understand in case of delays.

If flowers are delivered more than one hour delay or an hour  early. Please contact us and we will investigate.

Important notes before subscribing

We are flexible, you can pause, redirect your delivery or cancel 7 working days before the schedule delivery date.

Please note that cancellation for bi-weekly order can only be done after finishing at least 2 deliveries.

Please visit our Order & Account session under FAQ page for instruction for pause, redirect of cancel.

After first delivery, payment will be auto transferred 7 working days before each delivery.

Pause is NOT Cancel.

7 working days means 7 days without counting the weekend and public holidays.

Our flowers

To keep your flowers as fresh as possible, please trim the stems at a 45° angle and pop in water on receiving them, change the water 1-2 days. Your flowers will benefit from the use of flower food. Keep them away from direct sunlight and  place them in a cool environment. 

All floral products are subject to availability.  In the event of any supply difficulties or we haven't received enough from our growers and do not meet our high quality standards, don't worry, we will substitute with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

We will choose the best seasonal flowers for you to arrange each time, it will be a surprise.

We endeavour to deliver our product at its best condition and check before delivery, however as fresh product can be affected due to various reasons.  In case there are abnormal condition, please contact us on the same day with pictures and we will follow up for you.

Please understand that flowers are the product of nature, there might be size and colour difference for each of them everytime.

FAQs

Will I be able to skip deliveries?

Sure! We understand that you might have an up coming trip. You’ll just need to let us know at least 7 working days by 9 am before the scheduled delivery date. 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you are not locked in to anything. For ongoing subscription, you'll just need to let us know at least 7 working days by 9 am before the scheduled delivery date.

*Please note that cancellation for a bi-weekly order, can only be done on a ‘2 deliveries’ basis.

Can I change my delivery date or address everytime?

Yes sure! It’s simple!  You’ll just need to make the changes at least 7 working days by 9 am before the scheduled delivery date by logging in to your account.

Will I be able to see what flowers are coming up?

It will be a surprise! We will choose the best seasonal flowers for you.

Can I just order once?

Absolutely! You can decide whether you wish to continue receiving our flowers from us even after the first delivery (for monthly) or first month (for bi-weekly).  We are flexible, you can change the address from office to home, pause when there is an upcoming vacation or cancel it by logging into your online account.

Why do my flowers look a bit different from others?

All floral products are subject to availability.  In the event of any supply difficulties or we haven't received enough from our growers and do not meet our high quality standards, don't worry, we will substitute with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

Do I have to be in when you deliver?

We’ll leave your flowers at your designated safe place.  Just a reminder to trim the stem and give them an overnight drink as soon as possible, so the flowers will perk up fully again. 

Please understand that once we have delivered at your designated safe place, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.
