FAQs

Will I be able to skip deliveries?

Sure! We understand that you might have an up coming trip. You’ll just need to let us know at least 7 working days by 9 am before the scheduled delivery date. 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you are not locked in to anything. For ongoing subscription, you'll just need to let us know at least 7 working days by 9 am before the scheduled delivery date.

 

*Please note that cancellation for a bi-weekly order, can only be done on a ‘2 deliveries’ basis.

Can I change my delivery date or address everytime?

Yes sure! It’s simple!  You’ll just need to make the changes at least 7 working days by 9 am before the scheduled delivery date by logging in to your account.

Will I be able to see what flowers are coming up?

It will be a surprise! We will choose the best seasonal flowers for you.

Can I just order once?

Absolutely! You can decide whether you wish to continue receiving our flowers from us even after the first delivery (for monthly) or first month (for bi-weekly).  We are flexible, you can change the address from office to home, pause when there is an upcoming vacation or cancel it by logging into your online account.

Why do my flowers look a bit different from others?

All floral products are subject to availability.  In the event of any supply difficulties or we haven't received enough from our growers and do not meet our high quality standards, don't worry, we will substitute with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

Do I have to be in when you deliver?

We’ll leave your flowers at your designated safe place.  Just a reminder to trim the stem and give them an overnight drink as soon as possible, so the flowers will perk up fully again. 

Please understand that once we have delivered at your designated safe place, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.
